History
IPL was established as an independent trade license in 2005. During the financial crisis that intensified in 2008, payment challenges affected some logistics and delivery arrangements. To keep projects moving, selected building materials were accepted in exchange for services and then introduced through regional connections. BARATER was established as a new independent company in 2016. Its name reflects the exchange of goods and services as an alternative to conventional monetary transactions.
